description - Hello.
We are in the immediate market (within 30 days) for 2 temporary building, dome, tent structures to set up as temporary (1 year – 5 year) buildings for a church and school in Costa Rica. We need to have a minimum of 5,000 - 6,000 square feet of indoor space inside of each unit. We are interested in larger facilities as large as we can afford, possibly 15,000 sf. each. We are interested in air domes, hard walled structures, or anything that can facilitate a church and a school setting. We will need to build temporary walls inside of the structure used for both units for offices and classrooms.
We are ready to purchase the moment we see the structures that facilitate our needs. We are interested in used units, but if the new price is good we would entertain that as well. These units will be shipped by ocean freight to Costa Rica with a tropical 62 – 85 degree, mountainous 4,000 feet above sea level climate year around. There is virtually no wind here. We will need to make sure that we can keep the units cool during 80 - 85 degree days through air conditioning or swamp coolers, or whatever you recommend. R Factor or ability to keep the comfort level inside is important. Please advise. We are also interested in proposed flooring. Concrete and asphalt are cheap here, so we could pour a foundation before setting the units if necessary. We also need to have lighting covered in this program. Please advise.
We expect our building program to last 1 – 2 years, but we want to have plenty of time in case we run into global economic downturns.
